  Этот документ можно получить для изделий,
  которые не подлежат требованиям постановления Правительства Российской Федерации №2425 и регламентов Евразийского экономического союза (ЕАЭС).
  
  
  Правильное название документа — «письмо
  с информацией». Его выдают для сотрудничества
  с маркетплейсами и сетевыми магазинами, чтобы подтвердить документально, что на товар не нужен сертификат и
  декларация соответствия.
  
  Письмо об отсутствии необходимости
  сертификации указывает на необходимость в сертификации товара.
  Это неформальный термин, так как в документах оно
  называется «разъяснительное письмо».
  
  
  
  Понятие «письмо об отсутствии необходимости сертификации» был создан сотрудниками центров сертификации.
  Когда поступала заявка на сертификацию товара,
  который не нуждался в обязательной сертификации,
  требовалось официально подтвердить.
  Сертификационный орган оформлял официальное письмо с разъяснениями, которое получило название
  «письмом об отсутствии необходимости сертификации».
  Это название до сих пор используется
  и сегодня как альтернативное название документа.
