BANKING
- Assisting clients in opening individual or company bank accounts in a variety of currencies, arranging loans, credit facilities and issuing of Debit or Credit Cards always with the best possible bank rates.
- Acting as official “Introducers” to a number of local banks.
- Assisting clients in obtaining Letters of Credits (L/Cs) and other facilities that are needed from the banks or other financial institutions.
- Opening of bank accounts can be arranged without the visit of the client to the bank premises. All the necessary documents and application forms are completed and handled by our office through continuous liaising with the bank.
- Handling of day to day bank account transactions as well as on-line banking services on behalf of clients.
- Monitoring of bank movements for current information on transactions for clients.
Documents and information required to open a bank account in Cyprus:
For Individuals
- Valid passport copy
- 2 Recent Utility bills ( electricity, visa statement, etc, not older than 3 months old)
- Reference letter from existing bank
- CV
For Companies
- All incorporation certificates of the company
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Copies of the beneficial owners' passports, the directors' passports and the shareholders' passports (Proof of ID)
- 2 Recent Utility bills for each company official ( electricity, visa statement, etc, not older than 3 months old)
- Trust Deeds between nominee shareholder and beneficial owner
- Organisation chart (diagram) leading to the beneficial owner
- Description of the Business activities of the company
- Estimated annual turnover
- Countries from where funds will be arriving
- Countries to where funds will be going
- Name of the bank you wish to open an account with
- Currency of account
CYPRUS INTERNET BANKING
- Most major Cyprus banks offer internet banking services to their clients, which include viewing of account balances, card balances and making transactions online 24/7. The account holder will be issued with a password in order to access his bank accounts via the internet banking website of the bank.
