  I think that everything posted made a ton of sense. But, what about this?
  
  what if you composed a catchier title? I mean, I don't want
  to tell you how to run your website, however suppose you added a post title that makes people want more?
  
  I mean Companies Are Tracking Employees is kinda boring.
  
  You might look at Yahoo's front page and watch how they create article headlines to grab viewers to open the links.
  You might add a video or a pic or two to grab readers
  excited about what you've got to say. Just my opinion,
  it might make your posts a little livelier.
