  I think that everything posted was very logical.
  However, what about this? what if you wrote a catchier post title?
  
  I mean, I don't wish to tell you how to run your website, however suppose you added a post title to possibly get
  a person's attention? I mean Companies Are Tracking Employees is a little
  boring. You might look at Yahoo's front page and see how they write post headlines to grab people to click.
  You might add a video or a related picture or two to grab people interested about everything've written. Just my opinion, it might
  bring your website a little livelier.
